To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or with card on file. Please note that if you choose to use any other electronic payment methods, a $3 processing fee will be applied

To ensure a non-rushed experience please note that appointment times are approximate and may vary based on individual needs. Select all additional add-ons when booking, as they affect the appointment duration.

Last-minute add-ons cannot be accommodated during appointments due to time constraints. Also refrain from booking if you have any other commitments immediately after.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up without any notice, it will be considered a no-call, no-show. In such cases, a penalty charge equivalent to half the service price will be applied to the card on file.

A $30 flat fee is mandatory for all squeeze-in and last-minute appointments added manually. Additionally, any requests outside of regular business hours, including days off or late nights, early morning, will be subject to a $60-$100 up fee. Please be aware that I reserve the right to reject any request based on my discretion.

Please be vocal about your satisfaction. Once you’ve left satisfied with finished product I do not refund. If hair lifts under 24hrs, with time permitting I will try my best to resolve the issue.
