I. Terms and Conditions
A. Booking Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required.
To give your lace the perfect custom look, we kindly ask, you to drop it off 2-3 days in advance for customization. Late submissions incur a $20 fee for the day before, and a $30 fee for same-day service. Plan ahead to avoid these charges. With no exceptions.
For color services hair drop-off is required 1-2 weeks before appointment, no exceptions. Please upload 2 color examples if possible. A signature is needed for all color services to confirm the policy agreement.
Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up without any prior notice, it will be considered a no-call, no-show. In such cases, a penalty charge equivalent to half the service price will be applied to the credit card on file.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once. Further rescheduling will not be permitted.
A $30 flat fee is mandatory for all squeeze-in and last-minute appointments. Additionally, any requests outside of regular business hours, including days off or early morning, will be subject to a $60 up fee. Please be aware that I reserve the right to reject any request based on my discretion.
All appointment times are approximate depending on the person and style. to avoid me being rushed please select all additional add-ons. as it adds up more accurate appointment time. I will not add last-minute add-ons at appointments because of time. There's a grace period of 10 minutes, then a $10 fee. After 15 minutes, $15 fee. Appointments are canceled after $20 minutes. If I’m running behind due to unforeseen circumstances, compensation may be provided.
B. Payment Policy
The remaining balance can be paid in cash or with a card on file. Please note that if you choose to use any other electronic payment methods, a $3 processing fee will be applied. Please be vocal about your satisfaction. Once you’ve left satisfied with the finished product I do not refund you. If hair lifts under 24hrs, with time permitting I will try my best to resolve the issue.
C. Services
1.. All services and style outcomes depend on the quality of hair and are unique to each client, especially color services.
Classes are only informal and are not legal certifications or licenses.

A. I, ByRebeccaBlack, will not perform any services that pertain to cosmetology by working directly with natural hair such as; cutting, coloring, silk pressing, or washing. And styling except for services accompanied by a sew-in, quick weave, or u-part wig install.
